As long as your order has not yet been prepared for shipment, you can cancel it yourself in your Spargut customer account:
Open the desired order and click “Cancel order”. As long as cancellation is still possible, the button will be displayed automatically for the order.
Do you not have a customer account or password?
Simply enter the email address used when placing the order. You will receive a one-time code by email and can access your order directly.
If the “Cancel order” button is no longer displayed, the order has already been processed or prepared for shipment and can therefore no longer be cancelled or changed.
Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected, of course. After receiving the goods, you can register a return through your Spargut customer account.
