As long as your order has not yet been prepared for shipment, you can change the delivery address directly in your Spargut customer area:
Open the relevant order and click “Change delivery address”. The delivery country cannot be changed. Once the order has been prepared for shipment or has already been shipped, it is unfortunately no longer possible to make changes.
No customer account or password?
Simply enter the email address used for the order. You will receive a one-time code by email and can access your order directly.
